Non-defect goods

1. Bend ear pin
The characteristics of S925 sterling silver are soft body, so light pressure/external force will cause bending, which is normal.  The customers just need to move it back to the right position gently.

2. Colour deviation 

Despite every effort to accurately depict each product's colour on our online platforms, actual product colours may vary from colours shown on your monitor. There are no returns due to colour variances.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • The standard warranty period is within 14 days from the date of purchase. You may kindly return the defective goods to us within 3 days. Please noted that returns exceeding the timeframe or unauthorised returns would not be accepted.

  • Beige only provides an exchange of the same product with the same colour and size.  In case the goods are out of stock, you may select other products. If the newly selected products are higher than the that of the original product, customer needs to fill up the price difference. If the price of the newly selected product is lower than the that of the original product, the price difference can be used as redemptive credits (+HKD$10.00) for next purchase at our store.
